FAQ

How do I apply for an apartment?

Check out our floor plans page and click yellow ‘apply online’ button. It is that easy!

I’ve noticed people hanging out by the pool area. Is the pool opened?

The pool is open all year from 10am to 10pm. All are welcome to sit by the pool and enjoy themselves. The grill is also available for you to use as well! We have had some really yummy smells around the club house lately so, help yourselves!

What are the pet rules for the community? I see so many things and I want to make sure I am doing the right thing with my pet.

We are glad you asked. Our pet policy is 2 pets per apartment. We do not have a pet weight limit but we do have breed restrictions such as Dobermans, Pit bulls, Rottweilers & Staffordshire Terriers. You also are required to have your pet on a leash AT ALL TIMES unless you are in our Bark Park area. Pets are not allowed to be left on the patio area while you are not home. This can become a disturbance to your neighbors and a concern for “accidents” on the patio (which is not fun to clean up afterwards). The #1 rule is to pick up after your pet EACH and EVERY time! We strive to keep a beautiful community and we need everyone’s help to keep it that way. Also, don’t forget to check out our pet’s corner!

How many guests can I have at the pool?

We are glad you asked, because this is important information that can help everyone. Our pool hours are 10 am–10 pm and our policy is 2 guests per resident (leaseholder, not co-signer). You are required to be with your guests at all times. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult even if they are a resident. Since our pool is quaint we want to make sure everyone is comfortable and in order to do so we need to be courteous of our neighbors.

Sometimes I have a maintenance issue after the office is closed.  Is there someone I can call?

We are so glad that you asked!  One of the many perks to being an Amesbury resident is that we offer 24 emergency maintenance!  So, what is considered an emergency?

*Night Time Emergencies

  • Leaks that will cause damage to the property if not addressed
  • Broken toilet in an apartment with only one bathroom
  • Breach of security
  • Backed up sewer lines
  • Broken water mains on property
  • Electrical failure (not related to the power company)
  • Air conditioning not working when overnight temperature is expected to remain over 80 degrees
  • Heat not working when temperature is expected to remain below 50 degrees

*Emergencies that will be addressed during day even on Sat/Sun.

  • Lack of hot water
  • A non-functioning refrigerator
  • Broken toilet in an apartment with only one bathroom
  • Air conditioning when temperate is expected to rise over 80 degrees

Note: Emergency maintenance is not equipped to help a resident who is locked out.  If you are locked out after office hours please call a locksmith
